WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders go out Wednesday- Thursday, sometimes Friday depending on the volume of orders received that week.

Sweater Quantities have a 3-4 week turnaround time, unless suggested otherwise. If you bought ready to ship items with a sweater quantity, it will ship with your sweater quantity. If you want it sooner I suggest placing your order in different transactions.

H0W DO I MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE?

I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If an item is defective please email photos with your order number at oddknotsandthreads@gmail.com, and I’ll be more than happy to help you.
