Orders ship Monday-Friday
Items that are made to order will ship according to it’s turnaround time. If you purchase ready to ship items along with made to order items, your order will ship based on the later timeline. If you’d like your items sooner, I recommend placing separate transactions.

PRE ORDER TIMELINES

All preorder turnaround times are estimates and may change. For the latest up to date shipping information, please visit the Shipping Schedule page.

Pre orders, unless otherwise stated, have a turnaround time that begins once the preorder period closes.

Most notion preorders close one week from the drop date unless stated otherwise.

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic:
All U.S. orders ship through USPS. Once USPS has accepted the package, Odd Knots + Threads is no longer responsible for any delays, loss, or delivery issues. Any problems after shipment must be handled directly with USPS. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages marked lost in transit.

International:
International orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on what’s available and most cost-effective at the time. After the carrier takes possession of the package, Odd Knots + Threads is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or customs-related issues. International shipping times can vary significantly, and some orders may take 2-3 months to arrive. Customers must work directly with the carrier for any shipping concerns. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost packages.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If an item is defective please email photos with your order number at oddknotsandthreads@gmail.com, and I’ll be more than happy to help you.
